Japan Wi-Fi Buddy

Portable Wi-Fi for travelers across Japan.

We designed and ran the full operation: device fleet infrastructure for 500+ units moving nationwide, supplier relationships, distribution through hundreds of hotels, and support for thousands of clients, generating millions of USD in revenue at peak. The travel-connectivity market shifted after COVID; the operating lessons still shape how we build.
